We are a family-owned business servicing automotive repair and collision clients in middle Tennessee. In 1999, Aaron Stokes started the business with $50 in tools and an idea that there was a better way to do auto repair. Through the execution of that idea, we have grown from a one-car garage to a multi-location organization with plans to continue expanding for years to come.
Shop Fix Academy is a coaching and consulting company for automotive repair shop owners. Aaron started the company with the desire to stop the average small business owner from destroying the average small family, and that’s exactly what we do; we make a real difference in people’s lives! In addition, we recognize that successful employees are foundational to the growth of a business. Therefore, we offer additional coaching programs, Sales Fix for service advisors and Tech Fix for automotive technicians, to support individual and organizational success.
